Supportive Handouts

For you to be a stop smoking, it’s not necessary that you read anything. The power of hypnosis is sufficient. Yet some clients do appreciate the cognitive support of having literature to read to support them on their journey to a smoke-free life.

Therefore, to provide you as comprehensively effective quit smoking program as possible, in the first session I give you several supportive handouts.

One handout provides you with 25 tips to ease your transition to your non-smoking life. You may be surprised to learn, for example, how important lots of water can be during the first 72 hours of your non-smoking life. A second handout maps the kinds of healing changes your body will undergo from 20 minutes after your last cigarette to 15 years out. You (and your body!) have alot to look forward to.
